About My Clients
I strive to create a safe and comfortable environment for clients to work on a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, life changes, improving communication, and more. I am ready to help and lend a listening ear. I work with pre-teens, adolescents, emerging adults, and adults from all backgrounds. I believe that all the pieces of our identifies are informative to who we are and to our therapeutic journeys.
My Background and Approach
I gained my Master's degree in clinical psychology from Bridgewater State University in 2020. Since then, I have obtained a license to practice in both the states of Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Being a Licensed Mental Health Counselor has been my life long goal, and my work truly is my passion. My goal is to provide a safe, strengths-based, and affirming environment where the client can feel comfortable and supported. I am emotion and person-focused and will work to tailor my therapeutic style toward a client’s personal needs. I utilize a variety of modalities including psychodynamic, CBT, strengths-based, relational therapy, and art therapy.
