About My Clients
Are you an outdoor adventurer, perfectionist or overachiever stuck in the cycles of disordered eating or perfectionism? I help people reduce unhelpful behaviors and build new, sustainable coping strategies. Beyond symptom relief, we’ll dive deep to unpack the roots of what’s driving these patterns. Together, we’ll work to understand and heal the parts of you shaped by trauma or disconnection from your body. My approach often included nature based therapy, walk and talk, parts work, and humor.
My Background and Approach
My approach is trauma informed, holistic, relational and often included nature based therapy, or rock climbing therapy for those seeking an embodied path to recovery. I specialize in eating disorders, anxiety, and body image, especially for outdoorsy folks and high achievers. I'm a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and trained in nature-based parts work, ketamine assisted therapy, and rock climbing therapy. I integrate insight-based talk therapy with somatic based experiential therapy. ✔ Clinical Rock Climbing Therapy – Utilizing the power of movement and mindfulness to reduce anxiety, increase regulation, self trust, and reconnect with your body. ✔ Intuitive Eating – Break free from restriction, binge eating, and diet culture with a Health at Every Size (HAES)-aligned approach, fostering food freedom and body liberation. ✔ Nature-Based Parts Therapy – Explore parts work in nature, using compassion and curiosity to understand your self
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a therapist committed to collective and individual healing as acts of resistance and liberation. Grounded in abolitionist and feminist values, I view therapy as deeply political, recognizing how systems of oppression shape personal struggles. I work to create a space free from coercion and carceral logics, where clients maintain full autonomy and their stories are met with dignity and care. My practice centers disordered eating and body liberation through a holistic, trauma-informed, Health at Every Size (HAES), and social justice–oriented lens. I honor the wisdom of all bodies and identities, challenging systemic narratives that perpetuate harm while fostering compassion and resilience. Guided by mindfulness, sustainability, and reciprocity, I integrate my love for nature and community care into the healing process. My aim is to co-create an inclusive, supportive space where healing becomes not only personal but also a radical act of resistance.
