My Background and Approach
I provide individual therapy that is based on your strengths from an eclectic integrated theoretical perspective. I primary utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Symptom Targeted Interventions, and Mindfulness-based techniques as well as humanistic, existential, and psychodynamic approaches.
