About My Clients
I work with individuals 18+ with a broad spectrum of diagnoses and struggles, such as mood disorders, anxiety, personality disorders, addiction, and life transitions. I specialize in DBT, EMDR, and Intuitive Eating. I carefully attend to each client by implementing interventions that are uniquely targeted for his or her goals. My main objective is to guide my clients in becoming their own therapists as they learn how to master effective skills and coping strategies on their own.

I choose to have your best interest in mind, as I aim to create an environment in which you feel safe, heard, and understood. I do not take your trust in me for granted, and I make sure I earn the privilege of getting to know you and your story. I approach our time together from a curious and non-judgmental perspective. Our work together will be collaborative, we’re a team. My job is not to have the right answers, but to have the right questions. With insightful curiosity, I will shed light on your struggles in ways you may have never considered before. You will feel empowered and confident since YOU have had the answers all along.

I believe that there is a cause and effect to everything in life. There is a reason for why we struggle the way we struggle. I also believe that people are capable of change. Knowledge is power, and once we understand ourselves better, we can resolve our struggles and build a meaningful life.
