About My Clients
I work with adults who may feel disconnected from themselves, uncertain about their identity, or overwhelmed by anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, or relationship challenges. I especially enjoy working with clients exploring LGBTQ+ and Latinx identities, culture, belonging, and family dynamics. Whether you're navigating a major life transition, questioning who you are, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can offer a space to slow down, gain clarity, and better understand yourself.
My Background and Approach
ou may find yourself questioning who you are, feeling caught between your own needs and others’ expectations, or struggling to feel understood. I work with adults navigating anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, relationships, and questions of identity and belonging. I’m especially passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ and Latinx clients as they explore culture, family, identity, and authenticity. My approach is warm, collaborative, and relational, creating space to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and feel more connected to yourself and others.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I value creating spaces where people feel seen, respected, and free to explore who they are without judgment. I believe our culture, relationships, family, and lived experiences shape how we understand ourselves. I’m committed to affirming, culturally responsive care, particularly for LGBTQ+ and Latinx clients. Outside of therapy, I enjoy fostering dogs, which has taught me a lot about patience, connection, and creating a sense of safety. I value authenticity, compassion, curiosity, and connection in both my personal and professional life.
