About My Clients
I work with people who are tired of repeating the same patterns, overthinking, people pleasing, and feeling disconnected from themselves. My focus is trauma, attachment, and identity work. If you struggle to trust your voice, set boundaries, or feel grounded in who you are, we will get clear on what is underneath and actually shift it.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Family Mediator with advanced training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Critical Memory Integration (CMI), and Brain Health Coaching through Amen Clinics. My work is rooted in psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory, and the Gottman Method for couples. I offer a depth-oriented, highly personalized approach for clients who are ready to move beyond surface-level coping and into meaningful, lasting change. Together, we identify and shift the underlying patterns shaping your relationships, identity, and emotional world. This work supports deeper self-trust, nervous system regulation, and a more grounded, authentic way of being.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
At the core of my work are the values of harmony and authenticity. I believe healing happens when we learn to live in alignment with who we truly are, rather than who we had to become to survive. I am passionate about helping people move out of patterns of over-adapting, people pleasing, and self-abandonment, and into a more honest and grounded way of being. I deeply value emotional truth, self-awareness, and the courage it takes to change. My approach is rooted in respect for each person’s story, culture, and lived experience, and I strive to create a space that feels both safe and real. This work is about coming back into relationship with yourself and building a life that actually reflects you.
