Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Aging Concerns
I support adults navigating life transitions related to aging, identity shifts, grief, and changes in roles or health. Therapy can help you find meaning, stability, and self-compassion during these transitions.
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
I help adults work through the effects of trauma using EMDR and trauma-informed care. We focus on creating safety, processing difficult experiences at a manageable pace, and reducing symptoms like hypervigilance, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm.
