About My Clients
I provide virtual services to teens and adults anywhere in Illinois. I like to work with people who are ready for the ride. Therapy can truly be hard work, however, I love the clients who are in a place who are ready to unravel leach layer of themselves to be the best version for themself & other. I enjoy every step of the process with people who are ready to have those real conversations with me and share things they would have never uttered to their best of friends.
My Background and Approach
I have experience working black/African American families doing intensive family counseling. This includes using Collaborative Problem Solving to support some of those most difficulty conversations and increase skills around communication and listening.
