I draw from Gottman Method Couples Therapy to help partners build stronger, more respectful relationships, and I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support clients in understanding and shifting unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to anxiety and burnout. I also integrate Relational Life Therapy (RLT) to guide clients in creating healthier, more honest relationships—starting with the one they have with themselves. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in real-life strategies that help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
