About My Clients
I work with women at all stages of life to assist them in transitioning into each new level of personal growth and identity. My clients receive a holistic, experiential, relational co-creative process that assists them in connecting in a deeply loving relationship with themselves, others and the world around them. Many of them have had trauma in their childhood, have had struggles in their career/work life, or have had relationship difficulties, and want to experience a more peaceful life.
My Background and Approach
I use an eclectic approach to healing, strongly informed by a trauma-focused, emotions-focused integrative approach. Somatic awareness and release of emotional energy are central to the practice, in addition to experiential techniques such as empty chair, inner child and internal family systems concepts help my clients release themselves from old shame and other stuck emotions that are blocking their growth. I teach clients healthy mental habits, help them get clarity about their true beliefs, and assist them in implementing these core skills into a life plan that allows for practice and better decision-making, ultimately leading to better relationships within themselves, with their work and career lives, at home and with important family relationships, and offers them the opportunity to impact the world in their best way possible. Other benefits of this healing process may include a sense peace, joy, contentment, happiness and hope.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that all people have the capacity to grow and learn, to develop into a better version of themselves, and to heal. I believe in the importance of each person working hard for their own betterment and for the contribution they can make to others' growth on a micro as well as a macro level. I'm passionate about helping people continually redefine their own identity and lovingly and bravely sharing themselves with the world at whatever level each individual feels most appropriate.
