About My Clients
Maybe you’re going through a life change: becoming a mother, starting your first job after a demanding graduate school program, or hoping to transition out of a role you've had for years. I know how hard you’re working and how much you’re giving. Some days, you start to feel the pressure mount and you’re worried you might crack. You notice more worry, procrastination, people pleasing, irritability, and perfectionism. This is not how you set out to live and you're starting to doubt yourself.
My Background and Approach
In our work, using a blend of IFS and concrete skills, you will learn how to talk to the conflicted parts of yourself and get unstuck. You will learn how to get clear about what you think and what you want, even when it seems scary. It's possible to say no with more confidence and with less fear about disappointing others. Finally take steps to better care of yourself. You can learn how to truly appreciate yourself (yes, even those resentful and people pleasing parts of you!). It's possible to listen to a voice inside that's calm and already knows what to do.
