About My Clients
I help mental health practitioners through various services: MFT supervision, IFS consultation, business courses, and therapy services. Our job is unique in that our own stories can be activated by clients and our own attachment wounds can impact our work. We need our own space to process, and gain the same inner peace that we hope to help our clients achieve. I also enjoy supporting working parents and navigating compassion fatigue that can come with being a caregiver in all aspects of life.

Additionally, I enjoy supporting your private practice's growth and sustainability. I envision a practice that is able to support your financial goals without compromising your values. We don't have to make our rates inaccessible to feel financial freedom in our job.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My goal is to guide you towards transformative healing through a new internal relationship with yourself. We will create a space to heal trauma from your past as well as heal through your experience in oppressive systems. My treatment plan is to help you access your inherent inner wisdom to achieve your therapy goals and maintain them long after our last session. My style is to help you take focus off of negative self-talk and towards positive self-awareness. I meet you where you are at while also challenging you to push yourself in new ways that can unlock your internal resources needed to reach your goals. As therapists ourselves, sometimes we struggle to find someone who can guide us to the deeper work we seek. I am a collaborative, direct, and honest counselor who strives to create that deeper healing with you.
