About My Clients
The most basic human need is our desire to be heard and understood. I provide a non-judgmental and empathic space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings and be heard and understood. I work with those suffering with: anxiety, depression, emotional eating issues, substance abuse/addiction and early recovery support, LGBTQIA+ issues, polyamorous and open relationship issues, low self- confidence, and grief and mourning support.

My focus is on you and what you want to get out of therapy. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and empathic space where you can explore your own thoughts and feelings and feel heard and understood. I actively listen and assist you to raise awareness of conscious, and subconscious processes and how they impact your relationships with with others and yourself. I offer the opportunity for you to explore your concerns while learning healthy and effective ways to cope with intense feelings, resolve problems, and care for yourself. I use an eclectic mix of therapeutic approaches tailored specifically for you. Evidence shows the quality of the patient-therapist relationship plays the most important role in the ultimate outcome of your therapy. I am committed to giving you the highest quality of care that best suits your needs.
