As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with specialized training as a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional and Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider, I am eager to assist you in your path to self-discovery. I provide individual therapy for teenagers, college women, and adults. In over nine years of counseling experience, I discovered a passion for helping women who struggle with anxiety, codependent relationships, stress, and life transitions.
