About My Clients
Maybe you've spent years putting everyone else first, overthinking every decision, or feeling like you're constantly surviving instead of actually living. You may look like you have it together on the outside while quietly battling anxiety, burnout, relationship struggles, perfectionism, or unresolved trauma. I work with adults who are ready to stop repeating old patterns, reconnect with themselves, and create meaningful, lasting change. Whether you're navigating a life transition, healing from
My Background and Approach
I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who believes meaningful therapy is about more than symptom management—it's about creating a life that aligns with who you truly are. My approach is collaborative, direct, and compassionate. I'll meet you where you are while also gently challenging the patterns that no longer serve you. I integrate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), mindfulness, attachment-based interventions, and trauma-informed care. Together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, relationships, and experiences that have shaped you while developing practical tools you can use outside of session. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, self-esteem, life transitions, substance use recovery, and emotional regulation. My goal isn't to "fix" you—because I don't believe you're broken. My goal is to help you understand yours.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing isn't about becoming someone new..it's about reconnecting with the person you've always been underneath survival mode, self-doubt, and expectations. I value authenticity, curiosity, accountability, and genuine human connection. My office is an affirming space for individuals of all identities, backgrounds, cultures, sexual orientations, and relationship structures. I strive to create an environment where clients feel seen, respected, and empowered to explore who they are without fear of judgment. Outside of the therapy room, you'll usually find me spending time outdoors, staying active, exploring new places, or enjoying time with my wife and our pets. I believe growth happens both inside and outside of therapy, and I'm passionate about helping people build lives that feel meaningful, not just manageable.
