About My Clients
Do you currently have a sense of "knowing" that something isn't for you anymore? This might be a career, a relationship (or "situationship"), spiritual believes, or a habit you just can't kick. Clients come to me when they are navigating transition. A shift has taken place in your soul or perspective that may change the course of your life. Part of this process is grieving what was or what has been- and no one should go through that alone.
My Background and Approach
All problems are relationship problems. This could be your relationship to others, patterns, substances, money, a higher power, or most importantly- the relationship to yourself. We are wired as relational beings. When our relationships are off course, it can cause interpersonal distress. You may have an inner critic that comes down on you when you struggle in your relationships (remember this doesn’t have to be just people) . This leads to a vicious cycle. I’m here to help you understand the relationships in your life and begin the view them as teachers, and an opportunity to understand yourself better. I utilize parts work, brainspotting, and attachment based therapy. I also look deep into your family of origin. I also specialize in helping clients who have experienced or plan to experience psychedelic therapy (including, but not limited to Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy).
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people are capable of change—if I didn’t, I wouldn’t be here. In my work, I often begin with family of origin exploration to help identify where patterns come from. While this insight is important, we won’t stay stuck in the past. Instead, the goal is to use that understanding to build awareness, healing, and growth in the present. Personally, doing my own family of origin work has been transformative, shaping how I understand myself and others. I have also experienced ketamine therapy firsthand, which was life-changing and deepened my respect for the many different pathways toward healing. My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a belief in each person’s ability to create meaningful change.
