I am passionate about working with individuals who struggle with eating disorders, chronic dieting, weight and body image concerns, anxiety, grief, and trauma. In my practice, I work from a Health at Every Size approach. By creating a safe, inclusive and judgment free environment, I strive to provide a space that fosters connection and understanding.
My Background and Approach
In therapy sessions, I incorporate multiple therapeutic modalities to promote insight and healing, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Expressive Arts Therapy, and EMDR.
