Through the lens of attachment theory, clients are guided to explore the aspects of living that are held in restriction that can manifest as quick tempered, propensity towards control, easily irritated, and internal wheel of shame that hounds “not doing enough.” Through compassionate inquire, our work focuses on re-establishing this abandoned connection to our birth right of harmony. For more than a decade, I have been worked with a vast array of clients, with a central theme that all people seek and crave two things: to be heard and to be seen. From this place, you are invited into a safe space, with a dependency on the therapeutic process, and in my ability to hold your vulnerability, so that you may soften and expand into your fullness.

The work I promote is in support of the feminine energy (not gender related) to be reclaimed, rediscovered and unearthed. When living from this place, there is a trickle-down effect on ALL relationships, including awakening conscious parenting, conscious partnering, and conscious friendships. This work invites expansions, which leads to feeling open, joy, wonder, ALIVEness. I bring a unique approach to our work; through my kindness I am able to see vulnerabilities yet hold them with grace. Through insight, I use listening and intuition to support client’s inner wisdom. With playfulness, I model humor that supports expansiveness. Through strength in inviting dependency upon the therapeutic process, so that clients may soften into their radiance.
