My client's issues could be related to eating, parenting, life transitions, relationship issues, anxiety, depression and more. We work together to sit with difficult feelings and develop strategies to make changes.
My Background and Approach
My work experiences including FAU Student Counseling and Psychological Services, The Renfrew Center, Laurel Hill Inn Residential Eating Disorder Program, New York Presbyterian Hospital, Brigham & Women's Faulkner Hospital, and The Women's Therapy Center give me a thorough background in working with many issues. I specialize in working with Women's Issues. I have many years experience working with eating disorders (i.e. Anorexia, Bulima, Binge -Eating) as well as Postpartum Depression and Anxiety. Additionally I am a board certified Diplomat in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) from the Academy of Cognitive Therapy
