My Background and Approach
I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bradley University and have over a decade of experience working with adults, couples, and groups both in-person and online. My previous work as a corporate recruiter in arts and media has given me a deep understanding of career and personal transitions. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, rumination, and identity challenges with a flexible, client-centered approach. By integrating humor, self-compassion, and practical tools, I create a supportive space where you can process your struggles and develop lasting solutions. My goal is to empower you to move forward, one step at a time, with the confidence to embrace change and manage stress in your day-to-day life.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy connecting with new ideas, whether that’s through creative projects or learning about the latest passions my clients are pursuing. I strive to cultivate understanding and empathy in my practice and daily life.
