My ideal clients are female children and adolescents ages 2-15 years old.
My Background and Approach
When working with individuals and families, my goal is to assist with improving interactions and conflicts with others, diagnose and treat psychological disorders, guide clients through crises, address problematic relational or behavioral patterns, challenge negative or irrational thought patterns, and replace dysfunctional behaviors with healthier ones. I utilize a variety of psychotherapy techniques to help clients experiencing psychological, behavioral and/or emotional challenges. I specialize in areas such as, anxiety, family and/or peer conflicts, behavioral and emotional challenges, bullying, anger, stress, low self-esteem, and much more. My ideal clients are female children and adolescents ages 2-13 years old.
