My Background and Approach
I specialize in women's mental health. I assist women by aiding them in facilitating the journey to wholeness and healthy state of wellbeing. My approach is to work towards transforming the total woman as needed, one area at a time if necessary. My approach is holistic, and strengths based. I specialize in assisting women confront and address the issues that are interfering with their day-to-day living. I begin the therapeutic process where my clients are when they present during their initial session, and we move forward from there. My approach is to help my clients become the best version of herself and succeed according to her standards, not the standards of society! I like to identify my clients' strengths and help her build on those strengths as she works through the healing and transformation process. I collaborate with my clients to implement techniques to maintain mental and emotional stability, despite possibly having a mental health disorder.
