I specialize with working with female clients 18 yrs. and older. I assist my female clients by facilitating the journey to wholeness and healthy state of well being. My approach is to work towards transforming the total woman as needed, one area at a time if necessary. My approach is holistic and strengths-based. I specialize in assisting women confront and address the issues that are interfering with their day to day living . I begin the therapeutic process where my clients are when they present during their initial session and we move forward from there. My approach is to help my clients become the best version of herself and succeed according to her standards, not the standards of society! I like to identify a woman's strengths and help her build on those strengths as she works through the healing and transformation process. I collaborate with my clients to implement techniques to maintain mental and emotional stability, despite possibly having a mental health disorder.

I believe every woman is unique. I believe in the power of transformation if one is willing to put in the work. I am passionate about motivating women to embrace who they are as women, celebrating her strengths and uniqueness, and simultaneously, giving her a new, fresh outlook on her life despite obstacles! In my practice, every woman is valued, honored, and respected as a Masterpiece despite the fact she may not have the best past or a glamorous present! I believe despite a woman's circumstances she deserves to live a happy and healthy life! I believe it is never too late to begin again! Your past or even your present does not have to hold you hostage and keep you bound in your own life! I believe therapy guides you through and to the journey of FREEDOM!!!!
