About My Clients
I work with individuals, couples, families, and children who feel called to explore healing in a deep and holistic way. My approach blends depth and relational psychology, somatic awareness, and, when desired, eco-therapy outdoors. I also offer ketamine-assisted therapy. I support clients in recovering what has been lost, uncovering what longs to emerge, and returning to a sense of belonging with self, others, and the Earth.
My Background and Approach
I hold a Master’s in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies, with training in depth and relational therapy. My background in community mental health grounded me in cultural humility, liberation psychology, and healing justice. I also bring experience as a birth worker, which shapes how I view therapy as a process of bringing forth what longs to emerge. My approach integrates depth and relational psychology, somatic awareness, eco-therapy, and ketamine-assisted therapy, as desired. I bring warmth, humor, and steadiness, supporting clients in healing, growth, and belonging.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I identify as a queer woman and bring this perspective into my work with openness and affirmation. As a white, European-American therapist, I am committed to ongoing learning and reflection around privilege, accountability, and healing justice. Part of my personal journey includes working to reclaim ancestral roots and practices in the midst of cultural root loss, which shapes how I support clients exploring identity, belonging, and intergenerational healing. I hold a deep belief in the interconnectedness of all beings and the importance of tending to relationships — with ourselves, with each other, with community, and with the Earth. These values guide both my personal life and my work as a therapist.
