About My Clients
I work closely with clients and families who are experiencing symptoms of mental illness for the first time and helping them through the process of obtaining treatment and reaching a place of stabilization.
My Background and Approach
I use a combination of general Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy in my practice. In therapy, we will focus on identifying stressors and create new ways of coping, thinking about and managing distressing emotions, thoughts and relationships.

I live and work in an active urban are that is rich with diversity of culture, race and identities. I welcome all genders, cultures, religions, countries of origins, sexual identities, neuro identities.
