About My Clients
I work with adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, stress, behavioral issues, and major life transitions. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, misunderstood, or stuck in unhealthy patterns. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can gain insight, build coping skills, improve emotional control, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is supportive, direct, and tailored to each client’s individual needs. I believe people grow best when they feel heard, respected, and understood. I work collaboratively with clients to identify unhealthy patterns, process difficult emotions, strengthen coping skills, and build healthier ways of thinking and responding to life’s challenges. I utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, person-centered techniques, and strengths-based interventions. My goal is not only to help clients manage symptoms, but also to help them build confidence, emotional resilience, and long-term personal growth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe meaningful change is possible when people feel genuinely heard, respected, and supported. Life experiences, stress, trauma, and relationships can shape how we view ourselves and the world around us, but they do not have to define our future. I value authenticity, personal growth, emotional resilience, and creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients from diverse backgrounds can feel comfortable being themselves. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, strengthen their confidence, and move toward healthier and more balanced lives.
