While traditional talk therapy has its merits, I believe that a holistic method that addresses both the brain and body is crucial to promote deep healing and long-lasting change. As an EMDR certified therapist, I use this approach to help women process distressing memories, transforming the way these memories influence their emotions and behaviors. By addressing the root causes of trauma and anxiety, it empowers women to move forward with reduced symptoms and renewed resilience. I approach therapy from an attachment and trauma informed lens.
