I work with adults and offer specialized therapies for anxiety, addiction, women's issues and empowerment, health issues and pain, trauma, depression, self-esteem issues, victims of narcissism, and stress.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Certified Addictions Professional, board certified hypnotherapist, and an advanced Accelerated Resolution therapist. I am holistic and help you understand the mind-body connection and how it impacts your life. Hypnosis and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) are offered and can produce immediate results. I offer Emotional Intelligence training and testing to help you understand yourself and how you interact with the world. I offer in-session and telehealth sessions.
