About My Clients
We live in a world that constantly tells us we're not enough. It's no wonder so many people find themselves in relationships that reinforce those messages. If you're questioning a relationship, healing from a breakup, struggling with self-worth, or wondering why you keep ending up in the same patterns, you're in the right place. Together, we'll help you reconnect with yourself and trust your own voice again.
My Background and Approach
I'm a trauma-informed, person-centered Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy should be tailored to you—not the other way around. Together, we'll explore how your past may still be shaping your present, while building the insight and practical tools to help you move forward with greater confidence and self-trust. Before becoming a therapist in private practice, I spent years supporting survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and child abuse in crisis and clinical settings. That experience taught me the importance of creating a space where clients feel safe, seen, and understood—without judgment or pressure. I earned my master's in social work from East Tennessee State University and my bachelor's in psychology from UNC Wilmington. I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, and IFS, tailoring therapy to each client's unique goals, experiences, and strengths.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I know you're enough—I just want to help you believe it, too. I value authenticity over perfection and believe healing happens through compassion, curiosity, and genuine human connection. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, sex-positive, kink- and ethically non-monogamy-affirming, and welcoming to anyone looking for a space where they can show up exactly as they are.
