Kristen supports adolescent experiencing issues with academic performance and pressure (getting into college, school programs and achievements), relationship difficulties, peer pressure (to engage in substance, alcohol use, and sexual activity), bullying/ cyberbullying, identity exploration, LGBTQ+, stress management, anxiety and depression.
Kristen works with adolescent and young adults on issues of peer pressure, identity, self image, self worth, transitions, and work/ school stressors.

Kristen uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and concepts and interventions from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. She was working with clients ages 7 and older to address anxiety symptoms and diagnoses.
