About My Clients
My clients are thoughtful, self-aware people seeking meaningful change through spiritual and holistic paths. They tend to be BIPOC, queer, poly or kink-friendly, creatives, parents, psychonauts, or deep feelers. Many are navigating trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, OCD, PMDD, or attachment woundings, often shaped by early experiences or systemic harm. They’re often drawn to Buddhist teachings, mindfulness, and a path of liberation, insight, and inner freedom.
My Background and Approach
Therapy with me is flexible, collaborative, and shaped around you. I adjust my style and the modalities I use based on who you are and what you need. I bring my full, human self into the room—down-to-earth, curious, compassionate, and often humorous. I’m grounded in a way of living that’s connected to nature and spirituality, which naturally informs how I work. I see healing as unlearning and unburdening what never belonged to you, so you can reconnect with your aliveness and inner wisdom. My role is to support you in becoming the architect of your own healing. My work blends somatic, trauma-informed psychotherapy with Eastern wisdom traditions, including Buddhist and Taoist teachings, yoga, and subtle energy awareness. I work with individuals in California and Washington seeking embodied, spiritually integrated therapy, including IFS, EMDR, and ketamine-assisted therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing is not about fixing what’s broken, but about unlearning and unburdening what never belonged to us. Many of our struggles are shaped by trauma, conditioning, and systemic forces that pull us away from our inherent wholeness. I trust that beneath protective patterns and pain lives an innate wisdom and capacity for healing. I believe the body holds essential knowledge, and that lasting change happens when we listen to sensations, emotions, and lived experience—not just thoughts. I’m guided by values of compassion, curiosity, liberation, and presence, and by spiritual traditions that emphasize mindfulness, interconnectedness, and returning to what is true. Healing, to me, is a process of remembering who we are, reclaiming agency, and coming home to ourselves.
