About My Clients
I work with children, teens, adults, and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood concerns, stress, burnout, grief, and major life transitions. My Background and Approach
I’m a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 15 years of experience in healthcare, including direct patient care and clinical leadership. I founded G&B Integrative Psychiatry to provide the kind of mental health care I believe patients deserve: thoughtful, evidence-based, personal, and centered on the whole person. My approach combines psychiatric medication management and psychotherapy based on each person’s individual needs. I take time to understand your symptoms, health, relationships, environment, and life experiences before developing a treatment plan with you. My nursing background strongly shapes how I practice—I believe in listening first, treating thoughtfully, and making sure you remain an active partner in your care.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves mental health care that is compassionate, respectful, and free from judgment. I value inclusivity, cultural humility, and creating a space where people can be themselves without feeling reduced to a diagnosis or defined by what they are going through. I welcome individuals and families of all backgrounds, cultures, identities, and family structures, including LGBTQIA+ individuals. I also believe strongly in advocacy and improving access to high-quality mental health care. As a nurse, that commitment to caring for the whole person—not just treating symptoms—continues to shape both who I am and how I practice.
