I have extensive experience working with Children and Teens who have faced trauma as well as those who have behavioral challenges. Throughout my experience, I’ve helped adults, children, and teens who are navigating grief and loss, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and trauma, in addition to co-facilitating groups for transgender youth and their parents.

I enjoy blending person-centered therapy, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapy to help explore what may be holding you back from your goals and understanding your strengths. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As part of the LGBTQIA+ community, I understand how important it is to have guidance through your journey of self-discovery and transformation. Many times I have found that we just need someone to help us see what we already have within ourselves, the strength to change and the bravery to own our story. As Brene Brown said, “There is nothing more daring than showing up, putting ourselves out there, and letting ourselves be seen.” The first step on this journey is often the toughest, and I would be grateful to join you.
