About My Clients
As an LCSW, my primary modality is Self-love and Forgiveness Therapy. Over the past decade, this approach has proven the quickest and most effective way to alleviate my clients' concerns. My Background and Approach
The present is where true change is possible. This is where your power lies to create the improvement you desire. I draw on my experience with Breathwork, EFT, CBT, DBT, NLP, REBT and ACT. I tend to work with clients motivated to see significant changes in their lives and committed to doing the work necessary. My primary techniques include Mirror Work, boundary work, breathing techniques, affirmations, Compassionate Dialogue, mindfulness, and meditation. I often work with clients through books including Louise Hay's You Can Heal Your Life, Boundaries, and The Language of Emotions. I've worked with clients diagnosed with anxiety, depression, ADHD, adjustment to life stress and those struggling with parenting, communication, relationships, LGBTQ issues, and spirituality. I am deeply honored to support you on your journey of personal growth and healing.
