Unexpected events happen in your life that cause you to disconnect and lead to unhappiness. This can manifest itself as anger, anxiety or even depression. It can even lead to a darker place.... However, there is HOPE! Therapy can help you to find out where the disconnection began and to help you to reconnect with those parts so you feel whole again.
My Background and Approach
I have a background in community mental health. I spent 8 years providing therapy services to people with Bipolar, Schizophrenia and Major Depression. I strongly lean towards cognitive behavioral counseling but utilize many other modalities that fit the needs of the client.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have had a desire to help people through counseling since I was 9 years old. I believe that all my life experiences (good and bad) has provided me with wisdom that I can utilize during therapy sessions.
