About My Clients
I work with children (ages 6 and up), adolescents, adults, and families. My clients often come in feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward. Many are dealing with anxiety, depression, self-doubt, grief, or the weight of a major life change. Some are navigating relationship or parenting challenges; others are managing medical diagnoses or chronic illness. Wherever you are, you don't have to have it all figured out before walking in — that's what we work through together.
My Background and Approach
I earned my Master's in Social Work from Widener University and have built my clinical experience across hospital and oncology settings, private practice, and family therapy. That breadth has shaped a practice that's adaptable, compassionate, and individualized. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), strengths-based therapy, and solution-focused strategies. My goal is always the same: to help you build the coping skills, clarity, and resilience you need to move forward with greater ease and confidence. I have particular expertise in oncology-related anxiety, attachment, family systems, and relationship conflict.
