My Background and Approach
Ever meet someone and end up unintentionally sharing your entire life story? That’s me, the person people spill their hearts to. I’ve been that way most of my life: a natural-born listener. People have always been my passion and fascination. As a therapist, I help people answer the question, "Why am I feeling this way, and how do I feel better?" I use science and sarcasm in equal parts to help challenge status quo. After a decade in management consulting, I have a unique understanding of high achievers and the stress their lives demand. I’m also certified in trauma, eating disorders, EMDR, and couples counseling.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe all people are inherently resilient and capable of change (including you!). Within you is the ability to create the joyful, balanced life you’ve been hoping for—you may just need support along the way. I would be delighted to walk that path beside you. Outside the office, you’ll find me exploring Denver with my husband and our Vizslas, Pepper and Rutabaga. I’m an avid reader, an aspiring painter, and an enthusiastic yogi.
