We integrate somatic, body-based approaches with neuroscience, brain-based therapies, to holistically heal past traumas, and start creating a new future. My Background and Approach
At Bozeman Counseling Center, we have therapists with unique backgrounds to help you get out of your "cycle of stuck". "Stuckness" happens when we are caught in the same old patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving, whether in our relationships, at work, or in our daily habits. We help you figure out where you are getting caught and give you tools to make changes in your life. At Boz CC, we focus on mental wellness and believe that self-healing and self-empowerment are possible; SELF being the key word. We help you uncover your authentic SELF. Whether you are experiencing feelings of depression, anxiety, overwhelm, loss, loneliness, indecision, or are needing help transitioning through a difficult time, we are here to help.
