About My Clients

On the outside, things might look like they’re working—but inside, it feels overwhelming, exhausting, or just… off. I work with thoughtful, driven people who are ready to untangle what’s going on and move toward something that feels better. My approach blends CBT, mindfulness, and relational work in a way that’s collaborative, down-to-earth, and actually useful in your day-to-day life. In sessions, you’ll find a warm, nonjudgmental space to explore what’s coming up and build practical tools for

My Background and Approach

I bring nearly a decade of experience supporting individuals through life transitions, anxiety, burnout, and relationship challenges. As a social worker, my training emphasizes seeing the whole person within their environment, which means we’ll look not just at symptoms, but at patterns, relationships, and systems that shape your experience. I’ve worked extensively with college students and high-achieving adults who often feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected despite outward success. My approach integrates evidence-based practices like CBT and mindfulness with a relational, strengths-based lens. In our work together, you can expect practical tools to manage stress and anxiety, along with space to build insight, process emotions, and shift patterns that no longer serve you. I aim to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you feel understood and supported, while also helping you move toward meaningful, sustainable change.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I approach this work with openness, curiosity, and deep respect for each person’s lived experience. I believe therapy should be a space where you don’t have to filter or explain yourself to be understood. I value inclusivity, equity, and social justice, and I am committed to creating an affirming environment for people of all identities and backgrounds. My work is grounded in the belief that our mental health is shaped not only by our inner world, but also by the systems and communities we’re part of. I strive to be culturally responsive and aware of how factors like race, gender, sexuality, and life experiences impact well-being. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and welcome clients exploring identity, relationships, and belonging. Above all, I aim to show up as a real, open-minded human in the room. In my spare time, I enjoy volunteering at a local animal shelter!
