Depression is often an adaptive response when people lose connection with themselves, have unmet needs, or cope by shutting down for protection. Together we can untangle these patterns and create space for healing and reconnection.

For the past 4-5 years, I have immersed myself in trainings, workshops, and educational podcasts on Internal Family Systems (IFS). This approach deeply resonates with me, as it empowers individuals to access their core Self - the wise, compassionate center within - and heal the different 'parts' of themselves. With advanced training in IFS, I guide client in working with protective and wounded parts with curiosity and care, fostering self-trust, emotional resilience, and a sense of wholeness.

I’ve dedicated myself to training in experiential therapies because true healing happens not just through intellectual understanding, but through fully feeling and integrating it on an emotional level. Time and again, I’ve witnessed how engaging with the inner world in real-time can uncover previously unconscious patterns, leading to profound insights and lasting transformation.

I often used EMDR with my clients to help them reprocess painful memories, allowing them to heal from trauma and limiting self-beliefs. Many clients feel less "stuck" in the past and can reflect on difficult moments without being emotionally pulled back into them. Together we can create a path toward greater resilience, safety, and self-trust.

I help clients experiencing the exhaustion of constant worry, overthinking, and self-doubt get to the root of their anxiety, process their emotions, and feel more at ease in the world. Using a blend of mindfulness, IFS, EMDR, and experiential therapies, we work together to cultivate greater calm, clarity, and confidence.
