My Background and Approach
I want to provide a space that is safe, warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental for clients to come and find a way to address issues in their lives and facilitate making a plan to meet their goals. My approach is client-centered, strengths-based, down-to-earth, and pragmatic. I will utilize traditional therapeutic modalities such as CBT and other holistic approaches incorporated into my practice to better meet each client's needs.
