About My Clients
I primarily work with clients who are experiencing or have experienced trauma, anxiety, panic attacks, high stress levels, school issues, relationship issues, trouble navigating emotions from major life changes, self-esteem issues, and depression. From the moment you enter my therapy room, you will always be considered as a whole person inherently capable of growth, change, and the ability to thrive when provided the safe space and therapeutic support to do so.
My Background and Approach
As your therapeutic partner, my role is to be the calming center while you explore and grow in a safe, supported space. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Yoga Teacher, I'm passionate about helping clients improve their well-being and create more meaningful connections with themselves and others. I use a variety of mind and body-based approaches which include talk therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, somatic approaches, and expressive therapies, such as art therapy and dance therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every person is inherently capable of growth, change, and the ability to thrive when provided the safe space and therapeutic support to do so. My door is always open to individuals of all faiths, gender identities, sexualities, ethnicities, and races. I am now accepting both telehealth and in-person clients - let’s get started on your journey to wholeness together.
