About My Clients
As an ALMFT, I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and adult families. Although I work with a wide range of challenges, I have a particular interest and passion for working with young adults struggling with relational issues, life transitions, self-compassion, self-worth/confidence, and anxiety.
My Background and Approach
I received my Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC). I then completed my graduate education and training at the Family Institute, where I received my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy at Northwestern University. My approach to therapy is collaborative, and warm.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
This is YOUR journey. You are the expert in your life and I want to help. It’s important for me to create a space where you feel comfortable addressing your emotions and vulnerabilities. Additionally, I may laugh with you, I may cry with you, but most importantly I focus on building a genuine relationship with you.
