In therapy, we will look at your attachment needs and longings, traumatic or meaningful experiences, and ways of coping or dealing. Where did your current view of yourself and others come from and how has this impacted your ability to emotionally regulate in stressful situations. We will work collaboratively to shape these past views and experiences into helpful solutions and strengths in difficult situations.
My Background and Approach
We will take part in humanistic, experiential, and solution focused therapy. This requires me to be present, listening without judgement, and learning how and when to push you out of your comfort zone.
