About My Clients
I’ve had the opportunity to work with people in diverse situations including families dealing with struggling students, women who are battling depression and anxiety, individuals who received a difficult medical diagnosis, and people walking through a season of trauma and grief. Each story has inspired me to be a lifelong learner so I can provide the best counseling for each of my clients.
My Background and Approach
Unfortunately, none of us escape harm at some point in our life. Which results in all us needing healing during our human experience. As your counselor, I am ready to embrace your story and all that comes with it. I normally work with clients over 8-10 sessions with empirical therapies that best fit your situation.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Wouldn’t it be nice to have a manual to help you navigate the difficulties that come in life? As nice as that would be, we are uniquely different and each of us deserves help in a way that makes our unique story feel seen and heard. My hope as a counselor is to provide a therapeutic session that provides compassion, healing and direction.
