I am passionate about helping individuals and couples be their BEST selves. We will work together to identify the barriers that are preventing you from achieving your goals and identify steps to get you there. I can see the subtle changes even when you can’t, and together we will make sure you recognize all the progress you make towards being your BEST self.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over fifteen years of clinical experience. My diverse work experiences include private practice, medical social work, psychiatric inpatient care, community mental health, and forensic settings. Providing care within each of these settings allowed me to develop extensive experience and grow my interest in working with adults suffering from mental health symptoms. Utilizing various evidence-based therapy techniques, such as CBT, EFT with Couples, CPT, Solution-focused therapy, and DBT skills training, I work to empower individuals and couples to develop further skills for success and growth throughout their lifetime.
