About My Clients
I work with clients navigating spiritual awakening, identity shifts, trauma, anxiety, and major life transitions. I also support birthing and non-birthing parents through the pregnancy and postpartum journey. My ideal clients are introspective, open-hearted, and seeking a therapeutic space that honors both their inner world and real-life challenges. If you’re longing for depth, clarity, and soulful support, you’ll feel at home here.
My Background and Approach
I’m a 2018 graduate of the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Appalachian State, and my work is shaped by both clinical training and deep spiritual sensitivity. I hold a Perinatal Mental Health Certification and have completed both levels of Spiritually Integrated Psychotherapy training, allowing me to support clients who want their emotional and spiritual lives honored together. My approach blends mindfulness, somatic awareness, trauma-informed care, and gentle inquiry to help clients reconnect with themselves, find clarity, and move through life’s transitions with more steadiness and compassion. Whether you’re navigating spiritual questions, identity shifts, pregnancy or postpartum challenges, or the impacts of trauma and anxiety, I offer a grounding and soulful space for your healing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My personal beliefs are shaped by my own experiences of spiritual awakening and the profound challenges of pregnancy and postpartum. These journeys taught me that spirituality is deeply personal, unique to each individual’s history and inner world. In therapy, I don’t impose any belief system; instead, I honor whatever spiritual or religious framework you hold, whether traditional, eclectic, questioning, or still forming. I see my role as helping you connect more deeply with your own wisdom and truth. I welcome all spiritual paths and non-spiritual paths alike, and strive to create a space where your inner life is respected, explored, and integrated in a way that feels authentic and empowering to you.
