About My Clients
I am happy to help clients with about any of life's challenges. LGBTQ+ friendly and specialized in gender identity and transgender issues, as well as navigating life with autism. I provide a safe space for working through deeper issues, along with the support to gain confidence and embrace your true self. I'm easy-going and able to chat about daily stressors, but also trained to help with more serious issues and traumas.
My Background and Approach
I recognize that we acheive growth in different ways, and work with you to find the therapy style that meets your needs. I often incorporate an eclectic approach to therapy, based on individual preference, and what is most beneficial for the challenges we are working through. Some of my therapy styles include: Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, Therapeutic Art, and Walk and Talk or Nature Therapy.
