About My Clients
I work with adult and teen individuals (13+), residing in Texas, in-person and virtually. Some areas of focus include: self-worth, shame, depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief, trauma, spirituality, family of origin, artists, “black sheep,” breaking generational patterns, existential concerns, empaths, Highly Sensitive People, neurodiversity, and integrating psychedelics, plant medicine or other transformative experiences.
My Background and Approach
I was born and raised in Harlingen, Texas. I moved to San Marcos for undergrad and then to Austin afterwards. I received my Bachelors in Photography and my Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Texas State University. I meet you where you are by combining various perspectives including heart-centered counseling, trauma-informed care, psychodynamic theory, attachment & relational therapy, CBT, ACT, existential therapy, mindfulness, and parts work. I completed 200 Yoga Teacher Training at Practice Yoga in Austin, Texas.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I value a deep connection to nature and believe all things are interconnected. Outside of sessions, I enjoy spending time in nature, photography, music, exercise and connecting with loved ones.
