I enjoy working with clients who are gender diverse, are thinking about or currently transitioning, and so forth. I have extensive sex therapy education through the Sexual Health Alliance, and I tend to utilize integrative approaches with clients. Being able to draw from multiple techniques and modalities lets me cater treatment to each individual client's unique needs
My Background and Approach
Integrative therapeutic approach. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and utilizing psycho-educational strategies. Drawing techniques and theories from multiple approaches lets me cater the treatment to each client’s individual needs.
