I enjoy working with clients from a variety of backgrounds and concerns.
My Background and Approach
My background includes a masters in Clinical Mental health Counseling from Capella University along with human trafficking training. I do like to use IFS, Narrative, Solution Focused, Person Centered, and CBT approaches. I tend to enjoy taking different approaches and tools from other theories as well, so that I can cater treatment options to each client's individual needs.
